QualityList Refer-a-Business For $5

(1) Refer A Business To QualityList (2) They Apply For A Company Page, Get Accepted and Make A Payment (3) You Get $5   The sky’s the limit! The more businesses you refer, the more you can earn — there’s no limit.

*New referred business must make a payment of $34.95 for a company page. Applications will be reviewed after submission to confirm that all of the requirements are met, this may cause a delay in your referral payment.

Customers who receive promotional offers from QualityList may be subject to IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting requirements should the total value of those promotional offers exceed $599 in a calendar year. Please consult a tax professional.
 

 

1. Both Referrer and Referred business (“Referred”) must reside in the U.S. to be eligible for the Refer a Business reward (“Reward”).
2. Referred must have a qualifying business in good standing. Business types that don't qualify include: any content, products, services or other information that, in Quality List's reasonable determination may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, QualityList believes, in its sole discretion, is inflammatory, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Service.
3. Referrals are processed when the name is included on the application under Referred By:. QualityList is not required to pay for any referrals that do not have their names included on the form unless the person referred makes a confirmation by phone.
4. Referred must be the owner of
   • A business with mostly positive reviews/feedbacks and be affiliated with a trusted review website we can view.
   • Referred can not reside at the same address as Referrer.
   • Only one Referred per household is eligible.
   • Referred can not already be a member.
5. Referred has the opportunity to opt out of the Refer a Business program (“Program”). If Referred opts out of the Program, then Referrer is no longer eligible for a Program Reward for that referral.
6. Program participants must operate in good faith, and participants must have the intention of maintaining a business relationship with QualityList.
7. QualityList reserves the right to disqualify any user from the Program at any time, for any reason.
8. Employees of QualityList and companies affiliated with QualityList, and those ineligible by law, are ineligible for Reward.
9. Program can be terminated or altered at any time, and without notice.

1. Payment of Program Rewards will be made when the following requirements are fulfilled:
   • The application will be reviewed after being submitted to confirm that all the requirements have been met.
   • New referred makes a payment of $34.95.
2. Rewards are paid only through Paypal.
3. If payment is made in error, or is determined to be the result of deceptive practices, QualityList reserves the right to decline or reverse payment.
4. Program can be terminated at any time, and without notice.
