Qualitylist.org exists to provide help to consumers searching for quality service providers. The content produced and linked to on this site is evaluated with this mission in mind.

Revenue is generated in several ways, including affiliate links, banner advertisements, paid advertisement, and giveaways.  An affiliate link means that we earn a small percentage of the sale if you click on a link from our site and choose to purchase a product at that site or something similar.

We only connect you with quality service providers and businesses! 

We reserve the right to decline to promote a company or deal for any reason.

We are a small businesses publishing a site, not a nutritionist, doctor, lawyer, pyschiatrist, etc......  Please do not mistake any of our opinions for professional advice, and please know that we do not represent or necessarily endorse every brand or product mentioned on our network of sites.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

specifically incorporated herein. User acknowledges and agrees that www.qualitylist.org is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

MISCELLANEOUS:
The failure of www.qualitylist.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of
the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision
of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or contrary
to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the
party’s intentions and the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force
and effect. User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or
cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or to the Terms of Use must
be commenced within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever
